A1: Sure, We have silkscreen printing line and heat sublimation printing machine in our factory, We also can do rubber patch LOGO, metal LOGO, woven label, Emboss LOGO etc .

Q2: Do you have MOQ for order?

A2: Actually, we don’t have MOQ for order, you may order even 10-50pcs from us, but it made from sampling room. the cost is much higher than normal bulk order. For bulk order, the MOQ is 200pcs.

Q3: What are the colors I can choose? Can I select from Pantone?

A3: We have color swatch which are stock colors we can use for mass production.Sure, we can dye color with pantone code for order quantity more than 3000pcs.

Q4: How long for dye color with pantone code?

A4: 7-10 days.

Q5: What’s the extra cost for dye color if my order less than 3000pcs?

A5: US$80-US$100

Q6: For LOGO artwork, what are formats you can use to make LOGO?

A6: PDF or AI both OK, if the artwork clear enough, we can accept even JPG format.

Q7: I have my idea, but I don’t have professional designer to create my product , Could you ODM for me?

A7: Yes, sure, we have designer to drawing your idea and make the prototype from sampling room , you will get the initial sample very soon.

Q8: I don’t have any Express account to pay for sample shipping charge, how can I get samples?

A8: We have DHL , UPS, FedEX and TNT agency to deliver sample parcel to worldwide countries. It’s cheaper and fast, you can pay the shipping charges to our paypal account in advance so that we can send the parcel with prepaid freight.

Q9: We don’t have forwarder to ship the cargo to our country, How could we get the goods?

A9: We have forwarder who worked together for years to arrange all shipment, We can provide declaration custom service on destination.

Q10: What’s your normal delivery time?

A10: it’s about 25-30 days, it could be shorter for urgent order.

Q11: How could I pay for the order?

A11: T/T or L/C via bank only. We will provide our company bank account for payment transfer.
